Carol, four cities where every driver and guide made you feel truly welcome is the kind of trip that we just love hearing about. Thank you for sharing it with us!
Thanks to Keytours Vacations for making our Dream vacation become a reality! Keytours was recommended by our travel agent, Debbie Stevens, from Omega Travel, who helped us plan an amazing overall 26 day vacation to the British Isles! Keytours vacations prepared an unforgettable trip to Paris, London, York and Edinburgh for us; including exceptional hotels, first class transportation and top rated guided tours. We connected with so many wonderful people and visited a number of stunning destinations in our first trip to France and the UK!
Thank you for such a generous account of your 26 days across Paris, London, York, and Edinburgh. First trips to a new part of the world deserve exactly this kind of care, and we're glad Debbie pointed you our way. Wishing you many more trips ahead.
Key tours always help me make all my clients travel needs a breeze! They took such great care with our last group to Greece for 76 clients...hotel were in amazing locations, local guides made sure all transfers, tours and all clients were needs were taken care of! Love working with everyone at Key Tours!
76 clients in Greece is no small group to manage and having every hotel, guide, and transfer land smoothly for all of them says a lot about the team behind it. Thank you for trusting us with a group that size, and for partnering with Keytours!
My clients are raving about their trip curated by my agency and Osman at KeyTours Vacations. Comments from our clients: "The trip went really well... Thanks for all time spent on the details. Bill loved the upgraded hotel (Cinque Terre) on the hill. I think he loved the pool the most. It was beautiful. I loved Zermat and I’m happy we were able to go. All places had different vibes. Lake Como was wonderful. glad we stayed at Bellagio. Silvio was a nice hotel with a nice view.... The Ferrari visit and drive was a real highlight for us."
Ivy, hearing this kind of detail straight from your clients is exactly what we hope for. The upgraded hotel above Cinqe Terre, the shift in mood from Zermatt to Lake Como, and then the Ferrari drive as the highlight, that's a trip built with real intention behind every stop. Osman clearly listened to what would matter most and let each place have its own feel rather than blending together. Thank you for passing along their words, it means a lot to hear it landed this well.
I am a travel agent and my client's trip to france was seamless - even with an air delay of 2 hours the transport driver had arranged a new driver. Thomas at Keytours was instrumental in creating this booking.
A two-hour delay is the kind of thing that can throw off an entire day, but having a new driver already arranged meant that your clients minimally felt the disruption. Thank you for trusting Thomas with the booking Nancy, and for sharing how it held up when something changed last minute.
Working with Thomas Mathis was super easy. He helped me look great with my clients

As a travel advisor, I rely heavily on my travel partners to help bring my clients’ vacations to life—and Osman at Keytours truly delivered. I recently collaborated with him on a two-week trip to Portugal, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. My clients returned raving that it was their best vacation ever. They loved having every detail taken care of—from hand-picked hotels to knowledgeable tour guides—and felt completely relaxed knowing the itinerary was expertly planned. Osman’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and local insight made all the difference. Working with a partner like Osman makes my job easier and ensures my clients come home happy (and ready to book their next trip!).
Meredith, "best vacation ever" is the highest compliment! Osman's attention to detail and local insights doing the heavy lifting so your clients could just relax is exactly the partnership we aim for. Glad they came home ready to book again, thank you for trusting him with it.
Melek and her team with the groups dept planned the most incredible trip! Our whole group was blown away with the variety of experiences, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of the tour director and driver. We would not hesitate to book another group trip with Key Tours!
Thank you for the trust, Annelie! A group trip has a lot of moving parts, so hearing that your whole group was blown away by the variety and professionalism of the tour director and driver means Melek's team got every detail right.
The person that I worked was very informative and responded quickly. This is the forst time I used Key tours and I will use you again. Thank you!

My clients loved the whole experience and loved how organized and easy to follow their itinerary was. As usual, Osman and KeyTours made the process seamless and stress free for me and my clients.i highly recommend KeyTours.
An itinerary that's well organized and easy to follow is half the battle of a stress-free trip, and it sounds like Osman nailed it for your clients. Thank you for the recommendation Melissa!
Large group with many moving parts, worked on this project for over a year for a 3 night stay in Normandy. Melek and Gul handled the process beautifully. All was seamless, drivers, guides and helpers on time and very attentive. We covered a lot of territory and the guide was willing to pivot at the last minute to include something extra for the group. Hotel accommodations were good and the staff was so wonderful. Setting up for us earlier each day to get us going. The driver in Normandy was amazing and the sights were breathtaking.
Debbie, a year of planning for 3 nights shows just how much went into getting this right, and it clearly paid off. Drivers, guides, and hotel staff all on time and attentive, plus a guide willing to adjust on the fly, that's Melek and Gul's coordination shining through. Thank you for such a detailed account of the journey!
Easy to work with, prompt responses and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with Thomas.

From our airport pick up to our tours, everything was great. Our tour guide continually went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. From helping to choose restaurants to getting us to the best shopping, he was amazing!
It's those extra touches like picking restaurants and finding the best shopping that turn a good tour guide into a great one. We're glad he went above and beyond from airport pickup all the way through the trip. Thank you for sharing this Rachel!
