Keytours did an amazing job assisting me with a trip for my client who was the Mother-of-the-Bride and Sister who were headed to Vienna! We all know what a stressful time this can be, but Tuba assisted me in making sure my MOB was stress free and enjoyed her days during this special time for the family! The hotel the wedding party was staying at was not one that Keytours typically booked, but Tuba took care of it and my client came back raving about the trip and Thanking me for helping on the day she landed and sent wonderful wedding photos! Being the 1st trip I had ever booked with them Tuba made it easy as did their website. Jane my BDM knew exactly who in her company could assist me and make my learning curve easy and because of the relationships I was able to build and ease of planning I feel confident that this is the beginning of a long standing relationship. I am so Thankful for Keytours, Tuba and Jane!

Kim, a mother-of-the-bride trip carries its own weight, and it sounds like Tuba understood that from the start. Going outside the usual hotel list to get it right, and having Jane point you to the right people as a first-time client, is the kind of start we hope every new partnership has. We're thankful to have you with us for the long haul!
Brooke is awesome! I've booked two trips with her now, and she is incredibly responsive. She is flexible and puts up with plan changes and new needs as they come. She has helped me plan great trips and I will be using her in the future!

We're so happy to hear that Liz! Brooke's flexibility with changing plans is what keeps advisors coming back to her. We're glad that she's become your go-to person at Keytours.
My clients had an outstanding custom done trip to Italy that started in Naples and ended in Venice. Osman Akpinar was wonderful to work with. The itinerary was very complicated with many variations and the planning began in the fall of 2025 and they traveled in mid-April 2026. Every aspect of this trip was perfect thanks to Osman. Hotels, transfers, private tours, rail tickets and a car rental were all exceptional. The trip #120240 for Mr. & Mrs. Stroba and Mr. & Mrs. Welsh was executed brilliantly.

Pat, six months of planning for a trip this layered with hotels, transfers, private tours, rail tickets, and a car rental all fitting together for two couples, is exactly the kind of complexity Osman excels at. Every piece landing perfectly for the Strobas and Welshes speaks to that. Thank you for trusting him with it.
Osman always does a great job! He is very knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I receive compliments on the hotels and tours he selects and he puts together great itineraries! If there is an issue with clients while traveling, he is always there to help. Keytours is a good company and Osman is the best!

On top of the hotels and itineraries that clients rave about, it's the being there if something comes up mid-trip that really sets Osman apart. Thank you for the trust, Noah! We look forward to working with you again in the future.
Osman planned and booked us an amazing two week trip to Italy. Every destination was wonderfully chosen, every tour was top shelf (Amalfi Coast on a boat tour, Blue Grotto canoe tour, food tour) was amazing, the hotels were gorgeous an top service, the transfer services were impeccable in terms of promptness and service.
We did not worry once as to what was going to happen the next day, everything went according to the schedule and always on time!

Ana Luisa, thank you for such a thoughtful review and for trusting us with your two week trip to Italy! We are thrilled to hear that Osman made sure logistics never got in the way and left nothing to chance, creating a smooth and memorable trip.
Keytours has always been a pleasure to work with. All the agents I have worked with have given me very timely response and within the defined parameters for budget. During travel service has also been great when needed. I have been working with Keytours for over 6 years now and continue to have a great service and follow up. Only suggestion I would give is to have a 24x7 Whatsapp number to speak to someone instead of a 24x7 email address.

Six years is a real relationship, and we don't take that lightly. Glad the team has kept pace with your budgets and timelines this whole time, Anoop. The WhatsApp suggestion is a good one and we'll bring it to the team looking at support options. Thank you for your partnership!
Melek and Gul,
Imagine Travel couldn't be happier with what we experienced with Melek and Gul/team at Keytours.
They handled 26 people with ease in Germany for our custom trip post Christms Markets river cruise. Private tours, transfers and the works. Couldn't be happier.

Shane, 26 people is a real group to coordinate, and doing it well right after a Christmas Markets cruise takes some serious planning on Melek and Gul's part. Private tours, transfers, all of it landing smoothly for a group that size is no small feat. Thank you for trusting Imagine Travel's clients with us.
“Dilesh Dias is wonderful to work with. He helped me create the perfect custom Japan vacation for my clients and was very responsive and attentive to every detail.

A custom Japan vacation depends on the details, and it sounds like Dilesh caught every one of them. Thank you for trusting him and for the kind words Mill.

As others have mentioned, every detail was covered and that made the experience seamless. Melek and Gul were always on top of every step and that made a relatively stress-free trip. I will not hesitate to use Keytours again and I will definitely recommend to my fellow travel advisors.

I truly appreciated working with Osman and the team at Keytours. From the very beginning of my request to the end of my clients’ journey, I could always rely on quick, thoughtful answers to my many questions.
While I’ve both traveled to Turkey and booked it for many years, having a solid tour operator and on-the-ground team is invaluable. Together, we worked through the value, logistics, and details of the trip seamlessly.
When my clients were in destination and needed local assistance, there were no problems—only solutions. That level of support gave me such peace of mind.
My clients have since shared glowing reviews and had a truly wonderful experience in Turkey. Thank you, Osman and Keytours, for being such trusted partners!

Sandy, thank you for your kind review and for regarding us as trusted partners! We're glad that everything came together, and that Osman's team turned any in-destination need into a quick solution rather than a worry.
Gul and Melek's dedication and commitment are without question, and their assistance in my hour of need was invaluable. This was my first group with Keytours. The overall booking experience had ups and downs, and as a team and partnership, we have some things to smooth out. With regard to the actual trip, there were a couple of hiccups in execution on the part of the in-destination operator that I was not happy about, but Gul and Melek remedied it immediately.
Reply from Keytours Vacations2026-08-05
Thank you for such an honest account Adrienne. We hear you on the booking process and take the booking feedback seriously. What matters deeply to us is that when the in-destination operator fell short, Gul and Melek were there to fix it. That responsiveness is what we want you to be able to count on every time.
My client did Rome, Florence and Venice. They loved all tours and hotels. They were picked perfectly. Osman is a very well informed agent that knows exactly what my clients want. I appreciate his guidance each time I book with Key Tours!!!

We're thrilled to hear that Rome, Florence, and Venice all hit the mark for your clients Jennifer. Thank you for your partnership with Osman and with Keytours!
Every detail was taken care of for us. The hotels were in great locations and the tours and guides were excellent. Our transfers were on time and they assisted with luggage at the airports. Osman is always attentive and available to assist and makes travel easy! As a Travel Advisor, he is great to work with and I have him plan my own travel because he is knowledgeable and helpful!

Felicia, when an advisor books their own travel with the same person they recommend to clients, that says it all. We are so glad that all of the details were so well taken care of. Thank you for trusting Osman with your travel!
Thomas Mathis was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always responded to my questions. I will definitely reach out to Thomas on my next specialised Vacation dream for any of my clients.
My only suggestion to the drivers, don’t assume that clients will wait for them at the designated time outside. They must enter the hotel.
Reply from Keytours Vacations2026-08-06
We're so glad that Thomas provided an exceptional experience. Thank you for flagging the driver pickup point, we'll pass it along so that drivers have more context regarding client expectations. Thank you for trusting us with your travel needs, Hal!
Nothing shows how good an agent or company is as much as how they handle a problem. I booked a short tour package of Istanbul with Osman Akpinar - transfers, several nights hotel and sightseeing. When my clients arrived to the hotel there was a mixup and the hotel told them that they only had three nights reserved instead of the intended four. I called Osman and he immediately worked out the problem with the hotel. Not only did the hotel provide the full stay but they gave my clients an upgraded room! Kudos to Osman.
Reply from Keytours Vacations2026-08-06
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Sue! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that Osman didn't miss a beat! Getting the hotel to honor the full stay, then throwing in an upgraded room on top of it, is the kind of advocacy we want your clients to feel every time.
Mike is the best! He is my go-to for anything KeyTours. He is responsive, professional and so easy to work with. My clients are super impressed as well!
Reply from Keytours Vacations2026-08-07
Thank you so much Laura! That's exactly the kind of reputation Mike works to keep. Thanks for trusting Keytours with your travel.
