Travel to Italy and Spain
My clients had an amazing family trip to Italy and Spain. Osman was wonderful in taking care of every detail, from the private transfers, to the private tours and hotels. He listened to the clients requests and presented the perfect personalized itinerary for them. When flights were delayed, he was able to ensure they did not miss any of the sights they planned to visit. He was proactive in monitoring potential train strikes and unforeseen changes in tours they had booked. From the planning stage to the actual trip, he was immediately responsive to any questions. Thank you Keytours Vacations!
