I have dealt with this company for a couple of years. I originally purchased the tech version of disc clone software. It was a very difficult process to purchase as the transaction Processing Company clever Bridge was not able to process and it took multiple times until the transaction finally processed. After I purchased maybe about a year later my license code that they gave me stopped working and their support was horrible. I needed to email them repeatedly before the issue was fixed and finally it was working again which probably took about a week and a half to two weeks that I was unable to use my product and I was paying for the license during that time. Just recently I had to renew my license as it was close to expiration and the same thing happened all over again. To be honest the software works pretty well but the hassle involved is just not worth it and is typical of most companies these days they're happy to take your money but they don't perform after the fact. In retrospect I'm glad that I had problems renewing as I believe the Chinese are doing everything they can to get into systems and create vulnerabilities to steal information. For this reason I decided to no longer do business with easeus as I believe there would be a compromise of information and when you see all of the technology that the Chinese are stealing the US needs to stop this theft of information not only for the sake of the country and the government but also for any entity or person not to have their information be compromised. Please do not give them any more business for the reasons just stated above.
