As good as it gets.
For proxy buying from Japan there are many options out there but this one is the best overall. I've never had a problem related to their part of a transaction in hundreds of purchases. Sure there are lots of little fees but it's Japan. Regardless, the value and service is definitely there. If you think the little fees are frustrating, try buying something through another of the proxy shops and then have them tell you it can't be shipped out of the country after it arrives at the warehouse. (buyee) Or that a tiny container of glue means it's a "restricted item" and they don't even place your bid. (japan rabbit). Or they pack something expensive in leftover scrap plastic and it gets smashed on the way to you and fedex weasels out of the claim as they always do. Experiences like that will redefine the word frustrating. At any rate for pretty much anything, and especially bulky, fragile, high value items Jauce is the best there is. The shipping team is very professional, they know what they are doing and use good boxes and proper packaging material not leftover trash. Moreover they are constantly trying to do better and are very responsive to feedback and suggestions.
