Rubbish company
Rubbish company. As usual many items are marked for sale only for them to actually be out of stock. I had to message the customer services representative twice to find out why the order was taking more than 2 weeks to process, only to be told it is out of stock and to wait another 5 or 6 weeks. Totally unreasonable since I paid all of their fees, Bank charge fee, local delivery charges, japan shop tax and a fee for the auction. Unblocking auctions became a joke too, Only unblocking them when the auction had ended.

Zero buyer protection
On two occassions I have won an auction, but the item description was missleading and I ended up with items I could not use. Because of the horrendouse shipping costs (Jauce over package everything) I would end up further out of pocket to ship anything back. Jauce also will not pick up these costs to the buyer. Jauce also have very restrictive and expensive shipping. Jauce do not offer buyer protectionrefused to refund my money and gas lit me for so long I was unable to recover my costs. Use Jauce auction service at your own risk.

I have been using Jauce for over 7 years, purchases from large Hi-Fi components to small camera items. They have never failed. Always good communication, shipping methods plus good packaging materials. Although pricing may differ from other cheaper service providers, this is money worth spent for typical Japanese standards and not to mention their professionalism. in the past 6-months I have organised three large consignments from Japan via Jauce. The packing is always excellent and so is the speed of delivery. If you have any queries they are addressed quickly via their messaging system.

I have bought over 100 large glass items in YahooJapan auctions and they have been consolidated into dozens of shipments to Australia. NOTHING has ever arrived broken.

Been using multiple times, mostly successfully. But the one time there was a problem support didn’t help at all, leaving me with no answer and just a promise to look into the issue I had receiving the watch with the wrong mechanism inside.
