Zero buyer protection
On two occassions I have won an auction, but the item description was missleading and I ended up with items I could not use. Because of the horrendouse shipping costs (Jauce over package everything) I would end up further out of pocket to ship anything back. Jauce also will not pick up these costs to the buyer. Jauce also have very restrictive and expensive shipping. Jauce do not offer buyer protectionrefused to refund my money and gas lit me for so long I was unable to recover my costs.
