Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Loyal customers frequently praise the exceptional packaging quality and the careful handling of delicate items during international transit, ensuring everything always arrives safely. Consumers also find the online platform very straightforward to use and deeply appreciate the great convenience of storing, organizing, and consolidating multiple purchases into a single parcel.
However, some people mentioned experiencing noticeable and frustrating delays with international shipping or warehouse processing times before actual dispatch. A few reviewers were not happy with high shipping costs and unexpected extra fees charged during the overall purchasing and delivery process.

I can’t say enough good things about the shipping department of Jauce. I have been purchasing items for Jauce since March of 2022. There has been 28 packages sent to me in South Africa and my 29th package is arriving soon. Every time and I say every time these packages have been wrapped thoroughly and protected. Not one time have I been disappointed. I can’t say that with any other company I have dealt with including eBay and amazon. May Jauce continue to be consistent in their distribution of merchandise purchased and mailed abroad.

2nd time I buy through Jauce from Japan. The shipping price is high if you ask for faster delivery.. I live in Romania.. but the packaging was outstanding! I bought some ceramics pieces and some vintage wooden plates and bowls and other Japanese Tea Ceremony related items. Their care for my package was beyond amazing. Everything was extra secured and arrived in pristine condition. I will be ordering through Jauce again!
