Ho acquistato parti di ricambio usate per Auto, tasto dolente sono le SPESE DI SPEDIZIONI MOLTO ELEVATE, le informazioni dell'importo delle spese non viene mai espresso fino al compimento dell'acquisto, con acquisti di poche decine di euro mi ritrovo spese di spedizione di oltre 300 euro, oltre che alle spese locali in Jappone anche le spese delle tasse Doganali. Le spese di Tasse e Spedizione sono ESAGERATAMENTE ALTE. La spedizione è velocissima e il team di imballaggio è eccellente. Imballaggio impeccabile e curato nei minimi dettagli. I bought used spare parts for cars, the sore point is the VERY HIGH SHIPPING COSTS, the information on the amount of the costs is never expressed until the purchase is completed, with purchases of a few dozen euros I find myself with shipping costs of over 300 euros, in addition to local costs in Japan also the costs of Customs taxes. The costs of Taxes and Shipping are EXAGGERATEDLY HIGH. The shipping is very fast and the packaging team is excellent. Impeccable packaging and attention to the smallest details.

Bought some motorcycle parts

Bought some motorcycle parts, some very light but large (fairings) and some heavier (frame parts). Perfect packaging and quick delivery. The shipping is expensive but that‘s to expect! Overall a good experience, will be looking at using Jauce again.

Found very rare secondhand motorcycle…

Found very rare secondhand motorcycle parts for around €100 total. Products are cheap, shipping is insanely high (€380) and once you commit to buy you cannot see shippingcosts until you’re already bought the products. Nontheless, even included shipping it was relatively cheap. The Dutch import agency also wanted €80 import taxes so all in all, not as cheap as it seems. Shipping is very fast and the packing team is A+. Very well packed and taken care of. 5/5 will shop again.

Be very carful when you buy from Jauce , the sellers promote the real thing then send you through Jauce a fake it has happened twice now . Jauce don’t even check just charge you for packaging which is nothing ! And if you complain they don’t want to listen

Asked to withdraw my balance and broken items

Asked to withdraw my balance, Jauce staff said refunded but three weeks, still no refund of my money to my Paypal account. Then item shipped was damaged. Jauce refused to refund money, claiming after four weeks I needed to return to them at my charge, and wait. Once you send them money, its a 50 percent chance you will get your item.

Good service

Good service, and very useful for EU territories that have been banned by Yahoo Auctions. Not the cheapest, maybe not the fastest but the customer service works well. Also take into consideration that customs and taxes will make a delay in your delivery process.

It has been 10 business days since I…

It has been 10 business days since I ordered a shipment and it is still “processing” (meaning it still hasn’t left the facility since they recieved the package 10 business days ago) and my other shipment that finally just shipped has an invoice for shipping that is 13k yen less than what I was charged by Jauce.
