Top level customer service and awesome packaging. This is this is the gold standard that every logistics company should follow. Every item within the parcel whether it is in its own box or not, is also bubble wrapped then placed in a larger box that is filled with paper filling to limit movement and taped up securely. Will do business with them again with confidence.

Been waiting weeks for a shipping to…
Been waiting a few weeks for a shipping to dispatch (not arrive) after requesting it. Everything up to that critical point has been brilliant, but successful and timely delivery is what matters most. This is the response I received - odd because i think there is only one holiday in Japan in January and we are well into Feb (8th) "Please rest assured that we have successfully received your shipment order. We apologize for the delay in processing, which is expected to be approximately 2-3 weeks due to high post-holiday volume and logistics constraints." I may review rating if my package gets dispatched quickly as I said previously - everything up to this stage has been first class . Update: it was dispatched quickly in the end and arrived here in less than week. Plus the packing was superb and so to were the goods. Review amended accordingly

My package had a bit of delay but once it was shipped, it arrived very quickly and the packaging was so strong, i don’t think you could damage a piece of glass inside the package even if you play football with it.

Feel safe using Jauce
I did a review for these guys a few years back but felt compelled to do another. I’ve bought at least 15-20 items from Jauce over about the last 6 years, all small/medium classic toyota car parts and the service is excellent. The packaging is first class and even the most intricate parts arrived safely. In my case, all shipped to Australia.
NO ANSWERS FROM SUPPORT FOR THEIR MIATAKES
They DO NOT ANSWER FOR THEIR MISTAKES They DO NOT REPLY TO TICKETS if there is an issue They FORCE YOU TO PAY if you want to get your items. Everything works well until they mess something up and stop replying. Basically forcing you to pay since they have your items. Context: I`ve been using Jauce services for a couple of years and I can say that there are some pros: - Sometimes cheaper items (I'm buying guitars mainly) - Good variety (especially for guitars made in the east) - Great packaging, the process is rather easy to order the shipment to your country CONS: - FEES, a lot of them: fees for money deposit, fees for auctions, fees for order processing, fees for storage - If something goes wrong there is NO SUPPORT call center or any way of reaching out to them besides tickets, which they gracefully ignore. I had 2 PROBLEMS with them so far: 1. It turns out that if there are multiple users bidding through Jauce on the same item, you don’t see that. You can have the higher bid (or the illusion of it), the auction ends and it turns out that you didn win it, because Jauce doesnt show if there are other Jauce bidders. 2. BIG problem: I created a shipment order, nothing out of the ordinary, 2 guitars and some accessories. Not the first time. Waited for a long time, it was around Christmas so understandable. To notice one day that they created 2 packages instead of one, and charged me almost 2x the estimated cost for delivery. Initial estimation was around 220usd, final cost 380usd The problem is that I was not informed, not asked if maybe I don't want 2 packages, or maybe I want to add some items to the second package, they just did what they wanted, charged me for it and left me in the dark. When trying to reach out to them to solve this issue I got ignored, I really just want to add more items to the second package since I have more items to be sent. The problem is the also costs of customs, for each package (doesn't matter how big or what value) I have to pay fees for clearance and handling so each one costs me an additional 60usd. They do not reply to the Tickets I open regarding this issue. They basically got me by the balls They basically have all the power, it`s either I pay for everything or I don't get my items I`m still waiting for Jauce to reply to my support tickets to solve this issue.
Very bad service no shipment no response
Very bad service. You order a shipment 2 week later it stil hasnt been shipped you try reaching out multiple times but no response. They just refund the shipment money for no reason. To this day almost a month later my items are still in their warehouse and the shipping says processing. I would recommend a different service.

They charge ALOT of hidden fees for buying and shipping. First shipment took only 8 days to canada , second shipment i paid for the same 2-8 days. It has been 60 days!! And nothing no answer from jauce they won't even reply. Terrible service and a scam. Update* still have not recieved me 300$ order from 62 days ago
