Could find a very specific part for my Japanese robi robot that was hard to find elsewhere or more expensive. Fees are transparent although they accumulate which makes a small purchase expensive.

Loyal customers frequently praise the exceptional packaging quality and the careful handling of delicate items during international transit, ensuring everything always arrives safely. Consumers also find the online platform very straightforward to use and deeply appreciate the great convenience of storing, organizing, and consolidating multiple purchases into a single parcel. Was slightly apprehensive at first, so just done a small purchase to get the hang of how it worked Absolutely delighted with everything especially the parts which cannot be got from the usual supplier's. Will definitely have more dealings

Great service. Been using for years
Excellent service. Customer service is always quick and good. Being able to buy from yahoo auctions in Japan and store a number of items together for a larger shipment is a fantastic service. I have made a few larger shipments and all of my items have always been well wrapped and cared for. Thanks
JAUCE - a trustful partner for years...
Years ago I found JAUCE to be the perfect solution for me to buy at Yahoo Auctions Japan. I never had negative experiences with JAUCE. The fact that they can store your items so that these can be shipped in one parcel is also perfect. And the packaging itself is always very, very good.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I have bought all from antiques to electronics from Jauce and receive top customer service every time! Very well packaging and fast shipping. Highly recommended!
Excellent service
There's 1000+ things to love about Japan, and their merchandising is right up there. I collect merchandise for a niche tv show that ran once on British tv way back in 1989. The British merch is very limited, but Japan ran with it. Jauce is an excellent service for someone like me who would love to be able to fly back and forth to Japan several times a year to go shopping, but who has yet to win the lottery. I've used it several times now and have always been impressed by the care taken with items. The packaging is excellent and I've never had a damaged item - even though these items are 35ish years old. ありがとうございました
Always super professional service !

Great online shopping, reliable service, great packaging, safe, fast.
Xmas arrived today
Box arrived today, Opened it in anticipation, bit like Xmas really, so cool. Took the paper off the top of items, to find a load of well packed items underneath. Got to admire the way the system works With Jauce, absolutely Fantastic.
Beware if anything goes wrong
Had a few orders from Jauce which were all ok, the latest order was damaged and it had been packaged that way by Jauce themselves as the damaged items were individually wrapped when it should have been one whole object. They then ignored me when I asked for a partial refund.
Love Japan you are the best service

Super Service
Always very well packed. Very string boxes and packing tape used. Consolidation works well. I have not lost anything. Expedited is worth paying the small charge. Great service.

Website easy to use
Website easy to use. Product was as advertised. Standard shipping was a bit slow. The stock hard to find items on their website.
Amazing service
Amazing and secure packaging service, received all my goods in lovely condition. I kinda wished it arrived to me on the earlier side of the expected delivery time. However, I am hoping that with regards to my next deliveries all will be just as well.
