I have been using Jauce for over 7 years, purchases from large Hi-Fi components to small camera items. They have never failed. Always good communication, shipping methods plus good packaging materials. Although pricing may differ from other cheaper service providers, this is money worth spent for typical Japanese standards and not to mention their professionalism.
