I will NEVER order from them again they are scammers and I now have to file a complaint with the BBB. I received the hair and didn’t like it i followed EVERY protocol with their return policy from email to sending pictures etc. i I reached out to them several times for the return address and they refused to give it to me I had to go online to find it. I paid for express shipping w/ FEDEX to return the unit w: receipt of signature confirmation they received the unit 3 days from the date I received it Still no refund?? I reached out to AFTER Pay to file a dispute and they refused the complaint.. still no refund. They have my 200 plus the unused product and refuse to give to my money per their policy. They are Scamming So Buyers BEAware. I kept a receipt of the email thread to continue seeking my refund
