Unbelievable Experience
As I write this I am still not flying after placing an order 2 1/2. MONTHS AGO. A $500 order produced the most frustration and amazement at how bad a company can be. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life ! (74 yrs) Everything about this company, except for 1 technical support person, reeks of ineptitude and the cheapest decisions by the owner/ owners. I did make a few mistakes being a returnee to RC from years ago. There was something wrong with EVERY attempt to access ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING CONCERNING 1 or more orders. And I mean EVERYTHING. It would have saved me A LOT of money and AGGRAVATION had I just taken a 8 lb sledge hammer and hit my foot a few good whacks…….. No…. Make that BOTH FEET. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
