Wait for it!
I had a shower valve that was leaking and needed replacement. I called Hudson Reed (HR) on two previous occasion, and both times the customer service representatives told me that the valve was discontinued, and that I should do an internet search. I called a third time, and I spoke with "Mary" in customer service over several emails. She explained to me that HR US no longer sold bathroom shower systems, only towel warmers and heaters. Not only did she take the time to find the valve I was looking for, but she also found the other 2 valves (thermostatic/one way diverter) so that I could repair all the shower valves at once instead of installing a new shower system. Not only did it save the aggravations in cost of purchasing, cutting and installing new copper pipe, purchasing an entire new valve system and everything else that comes with fixing plumbing when you are not plumber. Not to mention knocking out the sheetrock wall behind the valve just for access. She saved me time, money, aggravation, and more importantly, restored my faith with customer service. She should get a raise. promotion or BOTH! THANK YOU, MARY
