do not respect warranty terms / customer support useless
UPDATE 30OCT2023: after TomTop comment i sent another e-mail to their support and already more than 10 days passed no reply received. I bought a mobile phone Hotwav Cyber 7 with one year warranty. After around nine months it stopped working. Wrote complaint to customer support but their feedback was very slow and the only thing they advised is that i have been using phone for quite long time and it is like normal to break also suggested to repair it myself at local repair shop. I have requested several times to provide me with solution but they now are not replying at all.
