G2G’s dispute process is unacceptable
G2G’s dispute process is unacceptable. There is no notification whatsoever on the platform when a dispute is opened. They send just one email from a g2g.cn address, which can easily end up in spam, and give you only 36 hours to respond. You may not even know a dispute exists until the buyer has already been refunded. By then, G2G considers the case closed and refuses to review any further evidence simply because the 36-hour deadline has passed, regardless of what that evidence proves. In my case, I lost both the account I sold and the payment, despite having proof that the buyer successfully accessed the account. G2G refuses to properly reconsider its decision because I missed a deadline I was never notified about on the platform. This is not a fair dispute process. It leaves sellers vulnerable to abuse and risks rewarding fraudulent behavior. G2G should notify sellers directly on the platform and review evidence fairly, rather than automatically closing cases and potentially taking money from the wrong person. I strongly advise against selling here.
