Bought our Hexclad pans via eBay
EDITED AFTER RESPONSE FROM HEXCLAD. WE DO *NOT* UNDERSTAND WHY THE WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE. PRODUCTS WERE BRAND NEW AND UNOPENED - SHOULD MAKE NO DIFFERENCE WHERE WE BOUGHT IT FROM. As some other reviews have said, you are better off buying and frequently replacing cheaper pans. Bought our Hexclad pans via eBay - they were brand new and in a sealed and unopened box. DO NOT THINK THEY WILL WARRANTY THEIR GOODS. They will only warranty if "Unfortunately, eBay is not an authorized HexClad seller, and as such, we are unable to provide a replacement under our warranty program. Our warranty coverage only applies to purchases made directly through HexClad.com or one of our authorized sellers." Absolutely ridiculous - ours were brand new and in unopened boxes. Our small, large frying pans, saucepans and wok are all perfectly okay. The medium frying pan is not. We proved, cleaned, used, treated them all the same - I have asked for a replacement for the medium pan only and been refused . Feel like writing to Gordon Ramsey - not sure why he endorses this company. Really not impressed.
