Check country's custom policies before ordering
Never, I repeat, NEVER place an order with them, no matter what the reply from their end says. All these reviews and 4.1 rating seems to be paid only. I have placed an order with them worth $179.99. The status is stuck at "Processing" from day 1. Today is day 16 of placing the order, and no updates on it. Not even "awaiting shipment". I emailed two days back on their support email, which is the only option of contacting them. As expected, no response on that. Maybe the status "Processing" says, processing the scam. My money is stuck with them and I don't know, what to do now. Update: They have been in touch with me over email post this review. At first they informed the goods may ship in the next day. 3 days later, they informed that, specific goods can't be shipped to my country and they will initiate a refund. The same could have been informed before placing the order, within the 16 days, before my review. Not very friendly. Update 2: Got the refund without much hassle, as I paid through PayPal. But, around 1000 INR lesser than what I actually paid for. If they are unable to ship to my country, they should mention it, similar to AliEx and others.
