Issues not covered by warranty after <6 months
The rubber dampers on the gimbal failed after less than 6 months, I checked amazon for the parts (about £20) and decided against repairing myself as I assumed this would be under warranty due to the lack of any physical damage. I recieved a quote from DJI for 75 EUROS (which is apparently already 50% off out of "goodwill"..!?!?) for replacing a single piece of rubber, and was told by their support that DJI are actually replacing the entire drone for whatever reason (odd that they have a labor charge for this). The support guy was ok and gave me 30 euro off, regardless I shouldn't be paying for an issue I didn't cause within less than a year of spending £600 on this. Update: Ended up receiving a full refund for the charge so updated to 3 stars, still a huge hassle and not something I wanted to deal with. Not sure what they mean about the "aircraft arm" as the issue was solely with the gimbal, the rest of the drone was immaculate when sent in.
