Super disappointed of Cheaptickets
Super disappointed of Cheaptickets, I was booking 3 adult and 1 kid’s tickets. But I only received 2 adult and 1 kids e tickets. And I call to the hotline and the customer service mention he will check with the booking team. After a while I received the email of partially cancel. Mean they cancel my daughter ticket. I call again than they inform me my daughter ticket can’t be process because of my daughter name was invalid. HOW CAN I BE? My daughter is not fist time to book the air tickets I alway book with the same name was no issue at all. And never mind they call me book again my daughter ticket. After when I want to book then I find out my daughter is below 18 year old can’t just book alone need with adult. I call again I ask can you cancel all my tickets than I re book again. And the customer service mentions if I need to cancel need to get a penalty of cancel. Omg Really make me pissed off. Cancel my daughter ticket never informed really very bad service. And this is my family trips now I can’t book my daughter ticket. Can you tell me what can I do?
