Regrets and Worst Provider
I would like to share my experience with this provider. The worst home boardband provider I had ever came across in my past 25 years. I have signed up for a $30 monthly subscription and activated my home boardband on mid of June, and not yet reaching 3 monthly subscription, I'm paying more then $135 already. I have send them on my dispute of the payment, but there is no conclusion and their service was bad. Repeating the same phrase, same email content but did not rectify my payment dispute. But there is one thing that they are very prompt on saying and repeating. “JUST WANT YOU TO PAY OTHERWISE LATE FEES OF $10 APPLIED”. This provider has make me felt like a loan shark provider which is not honest and no integrity on promoting their packages. I have lodge and report this matter to CASE. The worst experience I had. I wish by year of 2028, I will definitely change the provider. Their internet speed most of the time could not able to connect but yet showing the full bar. when I'm loading internet, it is slow or neither not loading at all. I have been using my mobile 5G then I could able to use the internet or streaming. I am someone who will play games, steaming of Netflix and online drama. Therefore, loading keep repeating. Email to their technician and their response will saying "there is no problem in the internet". If I were to rate them, I would rate (-) negative - 5 stars Please think twice before sign up.
