Avoid RailNinja
Booked multiple rail journeys with RailNinja recently. Easy to book on line. Problem is storms 3 weeks previously had washed away rail bridges and trains had been cancelled. Got to station to find there was no train for 2 of our journeys. RailNinja would have known this but made no effort to contact us. Almost impossible to contact them by phone to sort out alternatives. Suggest you use some other booking company.
