Who's is the developer of this software
I purchased two software from this company, Ease video recorder (no issue) and Easeus video editor. The reason I chose this software was that I needed to use the feature that converts speech to text. Unfortunately when using the feature nothing happened, so I called technical support (supposedly a 24/7 service for the owner of the lifelong license. I was then told that technical support was only available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Inconvenient but not that bad, when I was able to talk to technical support I was told that the software was only converting speech to text but not text to speech. I asked why when using the feature I was asked to choose the type of voice if the feature did not exist. the technician was unable to respond. I then showed a video I found on Youtube showing how to convert text to speech. While the video shows the exact same software in every aspect, layout, functionality, and default file (I mean a copycat) I was told that the video was from a different company. I found so far, three companies selling the same software but with different licensing agreements. all claiming to be the developer. This is very suspicious. Other than this if you do not need the text to speech feature this is a good software.
