cusotmer placed order 17JAN and on whats app they have told me customer order black color but only white available. Customer confirmed white color and on 20 JAN i asked for order status and on whatsapp agent told me i have to wait as order processing time is 3 to 5days and today 22/01/2024 after 5days they telling its completely out of stock. Pathetic. Their review section reply these are just autamed machines but in real they dont care at all
Updating my last review as 1star still stand .. i received 3 order for CJ listing and all those 3 were out of stock. CJ inventory always shows 200k in stock but upon checking with CJ customer team they tells you its out of stock. CJ has no respect and care for our business and customers. Just ridiculous how they managing the website when they dont even sure whats in supplier stock and this leads our customer disappointed and ofcourse as a 3rd party CJ has no impact and doesnt seems to care at all. FAKE WEBSITE just SCAM trying to take money but no products
Avoid CJ. Product inventory 6068 but when customer order CJ refusing to fulfill the customer order as they do not have the same colour in the seller inventory what customer order and asking me if its okay to send a different color which they should be ashemed of because CJ inventory showing me they have 6068 product. on 13dec they said they have and manage to get the color for customer and on 16 dec sending another message that same colour my customer ordered isnt available. AVOID CJ because they do not value my business and yours. one star just for customer service as they always available.
