Delays trying to fix an order.
I received an incorrect order, so I took the necessary steps to rectify the situation by contacting the company. Interestingly, the order they initially sent me was of a higher value. In detail, I received an email with three attachments that needed to be printed. Subsequently, I arranged for a courier to pick up the items. However, two days later, I received another email from the courier, asking for additional information. Following that, I inquired about the expected shipment date for my accurate order but received no estimated time of arrival.
