Mother’s Day rescue
I had originally placed an order for my mom for Mother’s Day and when it arrived, it looked like either a porch pirate had gotten into it or the delivery person had taken some “liberties”, either way…the jewelry was gone and my mom was left with an empty box 😢 I immediately reached out to customer service to ask what I could do and I ended up speaking with Sarah who responded with, we will replace the piece and expedite it to your mom! I was NOT expecting that! This company went above and beyond to make sure the order was satisfied and I couldn’t be more please or impressed. The piece arrived and was beautiful! Thank you!!
