DO NOT BUY BOOTS FROM THIS WEBSITE I thought I would try these boots, they were 40% off and suggested that they relieve neuropathy and plantar fasciitis. Upon receiving the boots they looked very cheap and tacky. tread looked ok i guess. Tried them on and my feet rolled in straight away, absolutely no support what so ever. I contacted the company straight away and asked if I could have a refund due to the shoes not suitable for my feet as advertised. They asked me to explain what the issue was which I had already done in the first email. Also asked for videos and photos no idea why they wanted that there was enough information in the email to understand that these boots where not suitable for my feet. They offered me 3 dollar refund which is a fricken joke. stay away from this website its a scam.
