Too expensive but eventually resolved
Too expensive. I eventually bought direct from the rail company in Portugal and it was better than half price compared to using this app. I tried several options and this was the most expensive. Rail Ninja offered me a full refund of my fare which was more than welcome. This is excellent customer service, recognising the original issue and dealing with it in a professional manner with great courtesy.
