Good program with exceptional customer support.
I have been using Syncbackpro for many years. As far as I know, it has just about any feature you could want in a backup program and yet the interface is pretty straightforward so I have been quite pleased. Recently, though, I had trouble with a backup and required some customer service. I interacted with Swapna Naraharisetty who immediately gave me succinct instructions that solved the issue. She also appears to work 24 hours a day. This experience caused me to choose this time to write a review.
