No way to return faulty goods
I have bought several pairs of shoes and always been very happy. However this time my usual size came up much too small. I have emailed them now four times requesting a return address with no response. I have messaged them in there site with no response. These boots were £200 and it seem they intend to just ignore me. There is simply no way of contacting this company other than there email which they simply ignore and it’s very frustrating. I will never be using them again. Update it’s now Oct. 31 and still they have not sent me a return address
