Poor Service
Extremely poor. Not worth switching to them. No onboarding despite their promises, terrible user experience. Bad user journey. Poor functionality. Low customisation. ZERO customer service - they just ignore you flat out. calls, emails, the lot. No one seems to have a clue what they're doing. Dont waste your time.
