Avoid Enercare at all costs. They're overcharging every month for the furnace and then to get out of the contract on a lifetime guarantee they will charge you more than the price of a new furnace for example up to 4,000 to $8,000, it's cheaper to buy your own furnace or your own water heater, do not sign a contract with these people, they haven't shown up for a maintenance and repair I know hot water for 4 days and no heat for 7 days. Their customer service is in Bogota colombia, avoid these people at all costs because they are not probably Canadian they have outsourced it to Colombia , where their English is very poor and they don't really understand Canada, I don't even think they use furnace is there. They put on their ads proudly Canadian but yet they don't put on their that day outsource it to Colombia paying them $700 a month to answer the phone
