Decided Not to Migrate Due to Poor Responsiveness
As noted by a few users here, the customer support agent is nowhere to be found. I was trying to migrate my website to the Debutify theme and encountered a few issues. I was never able to reach customer support in real-time, as responses took 2 to 3 hours or even a full day. It's challenging to work under such conditions, especially when dealing with tight deadlines. Due to this, we have decided not to migrate to Debutify—we can't risk our business over this.
