Poor customer support
Ordered a shirt that came with a huge pull, right by the name on the back. The company and customer service were awful - refusing to help, just shrugging me off by saying it’s no longer in stock. Sending a damaged item and refusing a return/refund is why I’ll never buy from this company again. Update: company have offered a return (at my shipping cost), so will update the rating if it goes through.
