Paid for Flexi tickets that I didn't need
Easy to use even from New Zealand! the only issue I have is that I thought I was paying additional for first class tickets but in fact I was paying for flexible tickets which I didn't really need as we will definitely be travelling that day - It is probably how I read it but it did cost me a lot more $$$ than it should have
