Worst bank ever. My bank account got frozen and I file a petition in High Court and after getting the order they are not unfreezing. I asked before closing a case from UP do I have any other case at that time they are saying no only 1 case. After closing that case they are saying you have one more case. I closed that case through court and now they are saying you have one more case. So please don't choose this bank. Worst worst bank. They are doing 1000% cheating...
Worst ever bank in India. I dont know about other countries. If they have 0 star rating I will put that one only. When we are calling customer service they will speak like the bank is under their name and the money which in my account belongs to them. I don't recommend to anyone. i opened the bank account in Feb 2023. Two issues happened in the beginning. I transferred money to UAE from India they said 3-4 working days but the money credited in UAE after 35 days. Now my bank account got frozen and they cannot reveal any kind of information other than phone number email and state. Even exact police station name also they are not saying. I have two cases at the same time I knew the 2nd case after closing the first case only before they didn't informed me. I closed first case and I called the customer service team to tell that I closed please check the email and unfreeze the bank ASAP at that time they are saying I have one more case. I checked with them about any case registered under my account other than this at that time they said no you have only 1 case. I have voice recordings even. I'm gonna file a petition in the court along with the voice recordings. Don't ever open a bank account with Indian DBS Bank
