I needed an ink refill for the Shachihata Page Number stamp I purchased from Amazon because the ink refill is not available at Amazon. I spoke to Gloria in customer service. She was very patient, thorough and spent a lot of time helping me. It turns out that the ink refill is not available on the Xstamper US website, but she can order it for me from the warehouse. She even checked to see if I can order it from Amazon or possibly use alternative ink refills. The customer support is excellent!!
