Shachihata is a 3rd generation family-owned company, established over 90 years ago as ink chemists and stamp pad manufacturers. The Xstamper® was born in 1964. During R & D tests and numerous experiments, the addition of salt into an experimental rubber compound resulted in the development of cellular rubber for the most durable pre-inked stamps ever made. Later, Shachihata pioneered and developed laser manufacturing for faster and better print quality. Today Xstamper® offers more than just stock and custom made stamps. They offer pre-inked daters, self-inking stamps and daters, engraved plaques and awards, name badges and non-porous pre-inked stamps for permanent markings.

5-Star Review for Xstamper.com – Outstanding Service from Gloria Cardoso & Rachel Ocampo
I recently placed an order with Xstamper.com for the E16 Desk Embosser 2", and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. There was a small hiccup with the photo I submitted initially, but Gloria Cardoso and Rachel Ocampo went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and professionalism.
Their communication throughout the process was exemplary — timely, clear, and thoughtful. They followed through every step of the way, making sure that not only was my order corrected, but that everything on my end was better than satisfactory.
The final product turned out perfect, and I highly recommend Xstamper for all your notary needs, especially if you're looking for a high-quality embosser. Thanks again to Gloria, Rachel, and the entire Xstamper team — I truly appreciate your dedication and look forward to future purchases.
Company has AMAZING customer service. Had a misunderstanding on the ordering process and the representative that helped solved the issue and was super attentive and friendly! My go to company for everything stamps.
The fact that Rachael was Available (customer Service) any time that I called. I got to talk to her. AND SHE IS VERY WELL VERSED WITH YOUR PROGRAM & SYSTEM FOR SALES ~!! SHE MADE IT ALL VERY ..... DRAWING TO DO MORE BUSINESS. WHEN I MAY NOT EVEN NEED ANY MORE ~!~! I'll find something else to buy from you, because of her.
Ordered two N49 stamps with unique logos as gifts. Rachel assisted with final adjustments to the sizing of the stamps. Both finished products were made with excellent details. Everyone is pleased. I'll be happy to work with XStamper & Rachel for my next stamps!
