Low voice quality + app redirects me to wrong numbers
Since I started using this app, I have had voice issues. Whenever I call someone, they can barely hear me. One in 10 calls goes to the correct number; the rest go to a different person or number. The support team replies, but they don't actually help. They also charged me twice for the same transaction, so I ended up with a double credit that I didn't want. I spent the rest of the money calling random people; I don't mean to call them, but whenever I make a call, I end up speaking to a random person, the app redirects me to wrong number. Some of the people I accidentally contacted started calling me late at night, texting me and bothering me. I was trying to call my family and friends, so I didn't use the 'hide' option. I have used similar apps before, but this one is the worst. I am only keeping it as I still have some credit.
