Great First Experience For A First Time Buyer
I started slowly coming over here after a business in my country began to go downhill. I made my first-ever preorder here, but this main review is for the first in-stock item I purchased. I did not expect to be assigned a personal, exclusive assistant. Lucy has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I made an enquiry about adding outer plastic corner protectors, and they were happy to accommodate that request. The shipping options were good and included photos of my item. I received it in good condition. During my correspondence with Lucy, she asked me to let her know when I received my statue, which is a great touch for building customer satisfaction and a genuine connection. There was also a “First-Time Buyer’s Guide,” along with Shipping & Delivery Terms and a Return & Refund Policy link, all of which provided the information I needed. I’m very happy with my purchase and will most likely transition to shopping with OrzGK from now on. Thank you to Lucy and the OrzGK team.
