Fired them after 2 years
1. Half the grass in my backyard died. 2. I tried to seed it, and apparently, the pre-emergent they used poisoned the ground, and I wasted 12 pounds of Bermuda seed. None germinated in 3 different seedings. 3. I repeatedly asked the technicians to overspray, with weed killer, the grass onto the sidewalks and curbing. They didn't, and I still had to follow up on the service with my own weed killer. 4. Twice, I asked to see management to address my concerns. Twice, they sent service truck drivers to get "Information". Twice, no satisfaction. 5. I have nothing good to say so I'll stop now !!!
