They spammed me with dozens of silly emails, they only read the first you send, not the others - they don't listen. I'm glad after the 10th email [just the same as all the others] I didn't sign up or pay for anything. They don't answer questions, help or anything else. VideoProc Converter is NOT good for just a simple basic mp3 file download. On their app under “Add Music” the mp3 details are specs for mp4 files not mp3. A visual format, why would I want Digital spec’s for music file? Anyone can download mp3 files online but if (for example) they have a Bitrate of only of 96k why do that when elsewhere I can get Bitrate of 192k ? (The standard for years now). Today websites offer a Bitrate download choice. The highest quality is 320k. A file has a BETTER sound. Their app is not for mp3 quality files, prove me wrong & I'll use it.
