Haybox - going downhill rapidly
Haybox deliveries are a joke. They went through a stage of leaving the cardboard box outside the house and not knocking on the door or ringing the bell even in bad weather. That was with Yodel who also used to trash the boxes too so we lost various items. The latest delivery farce is with DX. I waited in all day yesterday for a box that was out for delivery according to tracking. Apparently it's with a third party courier now and neither DX nor Haybox can give any sort of ETA or any tracking. The product quality seems to be slipping too with stones in the dandelion root nibbles and dusty timothy hay. They failed to send the last subscribed order but charged for it anyway. They did refund but this is very poor. Maybe it's time to find another supplier.
