I purchased the litter robot 4 from the robot shop Canada, the price with the extended warranty was cheaper than the manufacturers price with extended warranty! The shipping was fast and the item arrived in 5 days! After I received it, I realized that I need an extra, the mat tray to make the robot function properly on carpet ( which was no fault of the robot shop), and when I went back to purchase the mat tray it was only $21 but the shipping was going to cost $25, I was not happy about this, because had I known I needed that item, I would’ve included it in my purchase originally ( whiskas should have made this clear to new customers and frankly should include this item with the litter robot 4) I contacted the robot shop, and the manager Annie called me back and offered me free shipping on that item due to the inconvenience. She was very pleasant and understanding. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had.
