SCAMMERS!!!!!!On July 31st I asked to be redeemed $450 and after they wanted me to be reverified for the 3rd time by sending in the requested documentations, they finally cashed me out the following day which was August 1st. (Keep in mind I'm fully KYC verified) On August 2nd I put in a redemption for $1,000 and they kept telling me that they were backed up on redemptions and to be patient. That's when I first got the gut feeling that they were going to scam me because I've been cashed out within 2 minutes of me asking to be redeemed for the first time ever the second time it took 2 hours the third time a little over 24 hours. Well finally on the 3rd they sent me an email stating that they wanted every single card that I've ever deposited with them that would have been nine cards over the years which I wouldn't have access to because I've changed the banks and a lot of those cards were the virtual cards that you can change the number to etc. I was a VIP player so I had a VIP manager through telegram and I communicated this with them numerous times and they didn't need any of those cards when they cash me out just a couple days before I asked for the $1,000 redemption. I was told by my VIP manager that I was completely kyc verified when they cashed me out the $450. Then they proceeded to tell me that I violated their terms by having two accounts but when the other account was opened it was because I signed in with Google and it wasn't the the same email. I notified them immediately about the mistake that had been made and to shut down the second emails account, which was successfully done. And I was able to deposit for months without issues. They knew that they were using deceitful business practices by not redeeming my $1,000 because of the hypocrisy for cashing out the $450 with me being kyc verified for the third time. Why would they cash me out the $450 with all of the old cards still on my account and it was only when I wanted to cash out a large amount did they need all the cards from years ago. And claimed that I wasn't kyc verified when I have tons of emails, Telegram and live chat correspondence proving that they're liars and scammed me. They got caught in numerous lies than they proceeded to close my account and steal the $1,000 so I have reached out to an attorney and from what I have learned is that this is a common practice with a bankroller they will deceive you if you try to cash out big amounts and will do everything they can to make it seem like you're at fault. I'm begging players to not play here unless you're okay with being stolen from. Also there will be a class action lawsuit that people can join you can Google it and find out all the information and also Reddit post or hundreds of people have also complained and I will not stop until they are fined and shut down.
