Aerobook nightmare
Had an aerobook from these guys about 18 months ago, bought via Amazon. This was a second machine so I hardly used it over that time. Upon trying to power it up it constantly shuts down. Reading online it seems the keyboard has some sort of short. Contacted Chuwi only to be told bluntly “It is discontinued so we have no spare parts” that was it! Over £350 for a machine that lasted 18 months. Terrible service, would definitely not buy a product from them again.
