A few things to work on
The system is easy to use but we have had some issues. Bulk messaging takes forever to upload a csv and then occasionally fails to send the message with no indication as to why. Our team does not like the fact that we have to assign the conversation to ourselves when sending messages. It would be nice to have the person who sent the last message assigned to the thread since they would most likely need to be notified of a response.
