Support and understanding.
I have the VideoProc Vlogger and Converter Apps and have found them to be relatively easy and good to use. I did recently experience a problem with the Converter which kept freezing/failing when saving cut videos. I contacted VideoProc support and was very pleased with their quick response and understanding. Whether the issue was an update error or a problem with my PC I do not know but all was soon up and running again. I can only say that I am very pleased with the products and truly comforted to know that if other issues occur there is very good help readily available. Thank you for your support, this pensioner is certainly a happy man.
