They trick you into this student subscription that they advertise will only be taken when you book a lesson but they take it straight away and then ghost you when you write to customer services. Edit: And their reply is absurd, the sign up flow does not make this distinction clear at all, and support still hasn't responded to me 10 days later! I'm now having to claim a refund via my credit card provider, very annoying!!!
